1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the following countries:

GCC Region: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, UAE.
Europe: United Kingdom, Portugal, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland.
North America: United States, Canada.
Others: Turkey, Bangladesh

2. SHIPPING TIMES & PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard international shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

3. SHIPPING FEES & DUTIES

Shipping fees vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
AUTTW is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the package and items for verification.
We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or compensation.

7. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties/taxes or other reasons, it may be returned to us. If so the order can’t be refunded and customer have to rearrange the shipping again for additional costs.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and additional charges may apply for reshipment.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

AUTTW is not responsible for shipping delays due to factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, customs inspections, strikes, or global disruptions.

9. CHANGES TO SHIPPING POLICY

AUTTW reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
