1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and protective covers intact.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
2. Return & Exchange Process
